This updated app replaces the original Biofeedback App and introduces improved flexibility, data access, and licensing to better meet the needs of today’s clinicians, researchers, and performance specialists.
As the UK distributor for Noraxon systems, HaB Direct are now taking orders from UK customers for the Biofeedback App.
Designed for Modern Clinical Workflows
Biofeedback plays a vital role in rehabilitation, performance training, and neuromuscular re-education. Whether guiding muscle activation after injury, supporting gait retraining, or improving movement control, real time visual feedback helps patients and athletes better understand and adjust their movement patterns.
The new Biofeedback App has been developed with these practical environments in mind. Its updated structure makes it easier to integrate into daily clinical routines, while its cloud enabled functionality supports more flexible working across devices and locations.
Key Features of the New Biofeedback App #APP03
The new app is a separate product and is no longer bundled in the same way as previous biofeedback offerings. Key points to be aware of include:
- Independent licensing
The Biofeedback App now requires its own dedicated licence.
- One licence per device
A separate licence is required for each tablet or iPad on which the app will be used.
- Cloud enabled access
Users can log in on a different tablet and access previously collected data. This is particularly valuable in multi room clinics, university labs, and performance centres where devices may be shared.
- Licence ID release date
Licence IDs will be issued on 18 February, in line with the official release.
This new structure provides greater scalability for larger teams and organisations, while also ensuring data continuity across devices.
What This Means for Existing Users
The original Biofeedback App has now been discontinued and is no longer available for purchase.
- Existing users can continue using the original version.
- The original Biofeedback app will not be offered to new customers.
- Ongoing development and future focus will centre on the new Biofeedback App.
For customers planning new system purchases, this transition ensures access to the latest platform moving forward.
Updated Biofeedback Packages
Biofeedback system packages have also been updated:
- Package #816BF with Core EMG
- Package #810BF with Ultium EMG (2 sensors)
These packages now include the new Biofeedback App, but no longer include a tablet. This approach gives users the flexibility to select their preferred device while ensuring they are equipped with the latest software.
