Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain product listings on our e-commerce website (WordPress), including images, copy, technical data, videos, and pricing.
  • Create engaging content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and case studies.
  • Support SEO optimisation of web content and ensure consistent tone and style.
  • Monitor product performance and digital engagement using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Run email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp) and respond to blog/social media queries.
  • Coordinate new product launches and digital campaigns across social channels.
  • Respond to online reviews, boosting customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Assist in digital PR, promotions, and content collaboration across departments.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in website content administration (preferably WordPress).
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and ideally some HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • A keen interest in e-commercemarketing, and digital communication.
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Bonus: CIM or marketing-related qualification, experience in the sports science, healthcare or fitness industry.
