Why This Change Is Happening
Effective Tuesday, August 26, 2025, we regret to inform our valued customers in the USA and Puerto Rico that we are temporarily unable to accept online orders. This follows a recent decision by the US Government to cancel the US $800 tax-free allowance for international consumer purchases.
Instead, a 15% tariff / import duty effective on Friday 29th August 2025 will apply on ALL purchases, along with the standard shipping and insurance costs.
Unfortunately, until our shipping partners can confirm a safe and efficient process under these new regulations, we must pause direct orders to protect our customers from unexpected costs and complications.
What This Means for Customers
Orders placed and paid for by Tuesday, August 26, 2025 will be shipped immediately so long as the shipping company confirms that the products ordered will arrive in the USA by Thursday, August 28, 2025.
Otherwise, from Monday, August 25, 2025 onwards, online orders from individual customers in the USA and Puerto Rico cannot be accepted.

We are actively reviewing:
- Product pricing for US and Puerto Rico customers – to include the new 15% tariff, plus insurance and shipping.
- Order system updates – so that total costs (product + tariff + insurance + shipping) are clearly shown before purchase.
Our goal is to ensure transparency, protect our customers, and resume US and Puerto Rico orders, as soon as possible.
