Half Head, Life-Size

This life size model of a head has been dissected through the saggital plane and illustrates the left half of the human head and neck.

The model exposes the facial muscles, superficial blood vessels and nerve branches of the face and scalp, as well as the parotid and submandibular glands. The brain, pharynx, upper respiratory tract and a section of the cervical vertebra are also clearly exposed.
